Edana Brown has more than 20 years of copywriting experience in print, broadcast and web. Her portfolio runs the gamut from brochures and bylines to video scripts and radio spots. Edana believes that when it comes to words, less is more. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. edana@bmhcom.com.

Stephen Mills-Hughes provides consulting and project-management support that draws from almost 20 years in marketing, media and sales. This includes five years as a media-buyer at a large Toronto ad agency, and five years managing and marketing three Toronto-area travel agencies. Stephen believes (even more than Edana) that doing business is as much about service delivery as it is product quality.
